Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
All merch. orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The average time of arrival once shipped is 4 days, but courier issues may cause delivery delays.
We offer $8 flat rate shipping to all 50 states for any orders up to 5lbs, $15 for orders above 5lbs. Free domestic shipping is available on all orders of $80 or more. Certain items will be subject to additional $2 in shipping charges for insurance to provide additional protection for the product in shipping.
In-store pickup
merch. is also happy to offer in-store pickup. Skip the shipping fees and pick your merchandise up before or after your ticketed performance. Pickup orders can be placed starting two hours before that day's performance.
Our in-store pickup hours are in line with the performance schedule for each of our shows. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to the booth.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@merchdot.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. We will pay the shipping cost for the return and email you a label to send back the product.
If your order arrives damaged in any way or is missing an item, please email us as soon as possible at orders@merchdot.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, We invite You to utilize the below policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Application means the merch. website
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to merch., 1650 Broadway, Ste. 700.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.
Website refers to merch., accessible from www.merchdot.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation and Return Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order before it has shipped without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for returning an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at orders@merchdot.com with your name and order number.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The Goods are in the original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods
You are not responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to Us. We will send you a shipping label to return the goods with.
